There is a saying: ‘If you can greet others well, you have already succeeded in half of life.’
Then what relationship does the ordinary greeting we exchange each day have with success?
Consider Theodore Roosevelt, the 26th President of the United States and a Nobel Peace Prize laureate,
and Herb Kelleher, the founder of Southwest Airlines, who transformed the history of low-cost aviation.
One thing these remarkable leaders shared was this: they were people who greeted others well.
Everyone desires to be respected and acknowledged.
And the higher a person rises, the more they may expect to be treated accordingly.
Yet those who are truly successful—those who achieve their dreams—often show a different attitude.
They take the initiative to approach others with a warm greeting.
Regardless of status or circumstance, they treat people with respect and willingly humble themselves to serve.
A greeting offered first is more than simple courtesy;
it is a heartfelt message that says, “You are valued.”
And perhaps this very attitude
is the hidden key to true success that God has taught us.

“Even God came to serve, not to be served. When we serve one another without wanting to be served, God will be pleased.”

God first showed us sinners an example of service. Therefore, we too should not expect to be served, but rather humbly serve others. And we must become a community that serves one another in Zion.
Without desiring to be served, I will not forget that a heart of serving one another is what God desires, and I will strive to become a child of God who always knows how to serve and show consideration for others.
That's what the greeting meant! Everyone wants to be respected and acknowledged.
I think I felt like that when I was greeted. I will greet first with warm smile.
We should serve each other according to the teachings of heavenly mother:)
Through this message, we realize that true success is not about rising to a high position, but about having a humble heart that greets first and serves others. As children of God who believe in and follow **God the Mother**, we should greet others warmly and practice love just as **God the Mother** has shown us by Her example. Beyond status or circumstances, we must value each soul and joyfully serve from a humble position. Our small greetings and acts of consideration can become seeds that share God’s love. When we walk in the path of service that **God the Mother** has demonstrated, we will attain the true success that pleases God.
The best way to practice the language of love is to practice the mother's lesson. It is God's heart that respects and cares for others. Those who imitate the love and sacrifice of God who served the sinners can lead to true salvation.
Everyone tends to want to be served rather than to serve others.
However, God, who rightfully deserves to be served, instead came to serve—
and He even served sinners.
When I think about God’s example, I am moved to repent my desire to be served.
And I come to realize that respecting and serving others is a greater blessing.
I will always remember Mother’s teaching that a heart of serving one another is the heart that pleases God, and I will strive to become a child who serves and respects the brothers and sisters around me.
