The Difference Between Those With Dreams and Without Dreams: What is a "Good Dream"? ✨
There are countlessly many dreams in this world, but many fade away or disappear over time. A "good dream"—one that looks toward eternal value—gives us a true purpose in life and unchanging hope.
Moses turned away from the glory and wealth of Egypt because he held a noble dream: focusing on the heavenly reward and the promised land of Canaan. This vision gave him the strength to endure every trial in the wilderness.
When we hold onto a "true dream" rooted in God—the promise of salvation and the Kingdom of Heaven—we gain the courage and faith to overcome any circumstance.
Take a moment today to reflect: What kind of dream am I holding onto, and does it look toward what is eternal? 🌿
"By faith Moses, when he had grown up, refused to be known as the son of Pharaoh’s daughter. He chose to be mistreated along with the people of God rather than to enjoy the fleeting pleasures of sin. He regarded disgrace for the sake of Christ as of greater value than the treasures of Egypt, because he was looking ahead to his reward."
— Hebrews 11:24–26

The dream i had was being successful in the world. But as i studied the matters of souls in the Bible, the worldly desire becomes meaningless but we should pursue the spiritual things. Of course, we need physical things while living on the earth, however, after our physical life, we will stand before God and be judged. Now I have a good dream. I will prepare for the spiritual world by doing the will of God and enter the kingdom of Heaven!
The world is full of dreams, but over time, most of them just fade away. Truly meaningful dreams are different—they point us to what is eternal, giving us lasting hope and a real sense of purpose.
Think about Moses. Didn't he leave behind all the wealth and comfort of Egypt because his eyes were fixed on the heavenly reward? That vision was what kept him going through every trial in the wilderness. It's amazing how having the right goal can help us push through to the very end. When our dreams are rooted in God, I hope we can all keep pressing on through any challenge and hold onto that heavenly promise together.
