The seventh-day Sabbath is the day that God has specially blessed and instituted as the fourth commandment of the Ten Commandments to keep God's children holy.
The Sabbath on the seventh day is also the day of worship observed by the disciples and apostles who were taught by Christ Jesus and who were taught by Jesus.
Those who want to be blessed by God and be saved must keep the seventh-day Sabbath properly.
Today, most churches keep worship on the first day, Sunday, but the true Sabbath that the Bible testifies to is Saturday, the seventh day.

As Jesus taught and showed us an example, we need to keep the Sabbath on Saturday. Otherwise, we can't receive the blessing of eternal rest and become God's children.
