The church of God keeps the Sabbath worship every Saturday and observes the feasts such as Passover on the 14th of the first month by the sacred calendar
Then, what is the purpose of us worshiping God?
The Purpose of Keeping Worship Services
1. We worship to strengthen our relationship with God.
Our relationship with God will be unbreakable when we learn about God, revere Him through worship, and praise Him for His grace.
2. We worship to be forgiven of our sins and to be reconciled to God.
The main purpose of worshiping God is to receive "the blessing of forgiveness of sins."
With Christ coming in person and being sacrificed on our behalf, we are free from sin and reconciled to God.
Therefore, we must remember the love of God who sacrificed for us, and worship God to receive the blessing of sin through the sacrifice.
3. We worship to receive blessings.
God seeks those who worship Him in spirit and truth and pours out blessings upon such people.
Solomon offered a thousand burnt offerings, and as a result, he received wisdom from God; he became the wisest king and was able to make his country prosperous (1 Ki 3:4–14).
Likewise In all worship, he allowed the grace and blessing of guilt and salvation.
I hope you worship God in spirit and truth to receive many blessings from God.
Then, what is the purpose of us worshiping God?

Lev 26:12 “I will walk among you and be your God, and you will be my people…”
Jn 4:23“Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks.”
2. We worship to be forgiven of our sins and to be reconciled to God.
The main purpose of worshiping God is to receive "the blessing of forgiveness of sins."
With Christ coming in person and being sacrificed on our behalf, we are free from sin and reconciled to God.
Eph 2:12–19 remember that at that time you were separate from Christ, excluded from citizenship in Israel and foreigners to the covenants of the promise, without hope and without God in the world. But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far away have been brought near through the blood of Christ. For he himself is our peace, who has made the two one and has destroyed the barrier, the dividing wall of hostility, by abolishing in his flesh the law with its commandments and regulations. His purpose was to create in himself one new man out of the two, thus making peace, and in this one body to reconcile both of them to God through the cross, by which he put to death their hostility. He came and preached peace to you who were far away and peace to those who were near. For through him we both have access to the Father by one Spirit. Consequently, you are no longer foreigners and aliens, but fellow citizens with God's people and members of God's household,

God established God's laws for His people. The laws are conducted through worship. We are sinners who committed grave sins in Heaven. So, sinners need the forgiveness of sins and blessings from God through worship. The Bible prophesied that those who are to be saved obey God's commandments. Let's keep God's laws and commandments with all our hearts and a thankful mind!
I came to realize that the purpose of worship is to solidify my relationship with God, to receive forgiveness of sins, to reconcile my relationship with God, and to receive blessings. I will become a child who gains salvation by observing all the worship that God allows.
We are sinners. So it is very natural to spend our time to worship God. By worshiping God, we receive lots of things from God. How thankful we are !
To remember the Sabbath day and keep it holy is God's will. Only those who keep the Sabbath belong to God and enter heaven.
Worship contains many blessings. We must worship with gratitude, thinking of the grace of God who has put many blessings in worship for us.
Before I went to the Church of God, I also went to church only for physical well-being and blessings, but after coming to the Church of God, I came to understand the true meaning of worship and keep it through the teachings of the Bible.
I hope to receive the forgiveness of sins and blessings from God Ahnsahnghong the Holy Spirit and Heavenly Mother by keeping the Sabbath, the weekly feast, and all God's feasts in spirit and truth, and return to my eternal heavenly home.
I give sincere thanks to God Elohim for granting me many blessings through worship.
If you have believed in God for a long time, worshiping has become a custom. It was a good time for me to realize once again that I must worship God with all my heart and mind while reading this article.
I give thanks to Elohim God for allowing me to meet true God and receive blessings through worship. I will always give holy worship to God.
We must fully observe the worship that God has allowed us to do, and become people who are blessed by God and forgiven of our sins.
Jesus and his apostles also kept the Sabbath as were their custom. I will follow their examples.
We can be blessed when we worship according to God's will.
1. We must worship God on Saturday, the Sabbath.
2. Every year on the evening of January 14 of the Holy calendar, we have to hold a Passover service.
Come to the Church of God and observe the Sabbath of the new covenant and the Passover of the new covenant.
God blessed us to keep God's service as children of God. Only God's children can keep them and receive abundant blessings.
