Most churches today have a cross as their symbol.
And in the middle of the day, I believe that the cross will have some mysterious power, and I carry it on my body like an amulet.
However, in believing in God, no matter what image you make, you must not bow down or serve that image. Regardless of the reason, the act of making any image to serve God is idolatry that God forbids because it is detestable.
Exodus 20:4-5
You shall not make for yourself an idol in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the waters below.
You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the fathers to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me
Deuteronomy 27:15
Cursed is the man who carves an image or casts an idol--a thing detestable to the LORD, the work of the craftsman's hands--and sets it up in secret." Then all the people shall say, "Amen!"
It is common sense that everyone knows that if you worship idols, you cannot be saved. However, it is true that most people make the mistake of worshiping idols without accurately realizing whether or not they are worshiping idols.
According to the teachings of the Holy Spirit and the Bride, the Creator God, all members of the World Mission Society Church of God absolutely reject idolatry by making or serving any image.
In addition, the members strive to realize the holy sacrifice and love of God Ahnsahnghong the Holy Spirit and God the Mother through keeping the Passover of the new covenant and all the feasts of the new covenant.

The cross is not a symbol of the church, but worshiping idols that God said not to do. Instead of making the mistake of committing idolatry, we must keep the New Covenant Passover and feasts to receive God's blessings.
Right. The cross is absolutely idolatry. According to the ten commandments, we must not an image in the form of anything. The cross cannot be exceptional. Before studying the cross in WMSCOG, I used to carry the cross preciously. But, now I know the cross is the symbol of the curse, I never think it sacred. I give eternal thanks and honor to God for teaching us the truth of the Bible.

The Bible tells us that heaven is a place where only those who follow the word of God can go.
The Bible clearly states that idolatry cannot go to heaven.

Right. The cross is plainly idolatry although many Christian are claiming as a symbol ofthe church. Humanbeing is so week and easily deceived by satan. So if we make in any forms in the church, we might start to worship it as treating as God. So we must not make any forms and put it in the church.

Jesus forgave our sins and sacrificed himself on the cross to save us with his blood. However, many people believe in the cross, not the truth of the Passover that Jesus established with his own blood. That's a very unfortunate reality. Rather than believing in the cross, we must remember and protect God's sacrifice.

Many churches in this world worship the cross. However, the cross is absolutely idolatry, not a symbol of the church. The Second Commandment of the Ten Commandments says that those who believe in God must not make for themselves an idol in the form of anything. The cross is also an idol in the form of cross. We must keep the truth of the New Covenant which was established through the sacrifice of Jesus. And Christ Ahnsahnghong and God the Mother restored the law of the New Covenant for God's children. Only the members of the World Mission Society Church of God keep the truth of the New Covenant in this world and preach it to save the world.
Cross is an idol because it is also an image. We should not make the cross!

So the cross has nothing to do with the apostolic faith and is an idol that was created later when the church became secularized.
